We are entering into the 2nd week of my clients feel confident journey so I wanted to share with you their task from the book this week. If you would like to know more about the book and how you can get one please follow the link at the bottom of the page.
It's essay time so grab a pen / pencil and a separate piece of paper to write down your answers. Ready ? Let's begin! Why don't you feel body confident ? Bullet point all your answers, no over thinking. Now go through and cross out all the things you wouldn't say to your best friend. If you wouldn't say them to your best friend why are you saying them to yourself ? Of what is left circle the top 3 you feel are the most important ---
What is standing in your way of feeling body confident ? Again bullet point, no over thinking On this list how many of these can you control ? Are some of them out of your control, cross out those out. With what is left uncrossed I want you to circle the top 3 that you feel are the main ones. --- With your 6 circled answers I would like you to start thinking of ways you might be able to remove them for your list completely. You may not know yet and that's fine just bear it in mind throughout the rest of the tasks.
Thank you for doing that and I hope it can help you in someway to understand what and why you feel the way you do. It is a good place to start from as you can then work from somewhere rather than just going in blind.
