How many times have you heard or said :
"I'll do it tomorrow" "I'll start on Monday" "It's on my to do list" etc
Sometimes we overthink things and don't allow ourselves the chance for change when in reality all we have to do is take control and go for it.
There always seems to be something more pressing or important than the thing we have been talking about or is on your mind to do. This thing could be anything but it is something you are wanting to do / be / say ... you just can't seem to get going on it.
Now is the time for you to stop making the excuses or putting it off. Now is the time to put the plans into actions and put yourself first. You are more than capable than doing it and even though the first step may seem daunting or scary but I promise it will be worth it.
Fitness , Health , Life , Work - all important aspects of your life that you need to take control of when you can to make them yours. It may be scary, it may be daunting but surely doing it is a lot better than regretting it later on.

Make a list of pros and cons
Work out and write down your plan
Think about how doing it is going to improve your wellbeing
Understand the benefits and potential risks (if there are any)
Lay it all out
GO FOR IT
Stop putting off until tomorrow what you can do today. I believe in you so you should to!
