Quick Workouts for you

Some days working out isn't the top priority and time can run away with us. However I want to give you some full body workouts that you can do within 30 minutes which includes the warm up and cool down.

A selection of Home and Gym based ones depending on situation and you can even take a couple outside :) Each workout is 20 minutes long with a 5 min warm up and cool down that you need add on to either side.

1/ Barbell complex

5 rounds x 10 reps of each

  • Military Press

  • Reverse Lunges

  • Squat Press

  • Bent Over Row

  • Romanian Deadlift

Rest 60 secs

2/ KettleBell Workout

Sumo Squat into Front Press x 10

Double Arm Swings x 15

x4

Single leg Deadlift into Row x 10 each side

Single Arm Shoulder Press x 12 each side

x4

Curtsey lunges x 20

Upright Row x 10

x 4

Rest 60 secs after each set

3/ HIIT

40 Secs on 20 Secs rest

  • Walkout + 4 commandos

  • Jump lunge, lunge, squat

  • Burpee Press ups

  • Sumo pulses x 10 + 4 Cross jumps

  • Russian Twist x 2 Toe taps x 4

Repeat 4 times

4/ Body weight

Squats x 20

Press Ups x 10

Alternate Lunges x 20

Shoulder Taps x 10

x 5

Rest 30 secs

Plank x 30 secs

Plank twists x 30 secs

x4

Rest 30 secs

6/ Tabata

20 secs on 10 secs rest

Lateral Squat Jumps

Power Thrusters

x4 Rest 60 secs

Switch Lunges

Mountain Climbers

x 4 Rest 60 secs

Plank Jacks

Commandos

x4 Rest 60 secs

High Knees

180 Turns

x4 Rest 60 secs

5/ Sprints

30 secs Sprint 30 secs rest or walk x 20
