It's that time again, another short workout coming your way and this time its all about those glutes! A mixture of weighted and cardio moves to switch it up and get the glutes burning :) There is a Plate, Kettlebell, Slam ball and step used however you can always switch the Plate and KB for a Dumbbell and do the other moves without the equipment.
Another fast circuit that can be done when you are limited on time or space but it will still get you working.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 30 minutes taking rest at the end of each circuit as necessary.
Overhead Reverse Lunge into Squat x 10 each leg
The weight can be held at the chest to make it easier
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Kettlebell Sumo Squats x 10
Sumo Pulses x 20
Slam ball squat burpees x 10
Make sure to get the squat on the way up
Single leg glute bridges (on step) x 10 each leg
Donkey Kick Jumps x 10
Bring the knees into the chest
Donkey kick backs x 10 each leg
Rest and Repeat
