Time to get a sweat on, get the blood pumping and HR up all whilst hitting all the muscles in your body ! Grab a pair of dumbbells and you are good to go.
Make sure to warm up effectively for 5-10 mins and cool down at the end and stretch for a further 5 - 10 mins.
There are 5 rounds in total, you don't have to do all 5 it depends on your fitness ability. Aim to do as much as you can :)
1st round 10 reps, 2nd round 12 reps, 3rd round 15 reps, 4th round 20 reps, 5th round 25 reps
1/ Squat and Press
2/ Burpee Row
3/ Squat Jumps
4/ Press ups
5/ Single leg glute bride with press
6/ Leg raises
30-60 secs rest an repeat
