There are 8 weeks left of 2016 and I am on mission to finish this year on a fitness and health high and I want you to join me. It is this time of year that peoples motivation starts to waiver and the desire to workout and eat healthily get replaced by the extra hour in bed and the endless Xmas chocolates on offer ;)
But that doesn't have to be the case, instead of waiting until the new year to start get on and start now ! It will make 2017 a lot easier as you will just be continuing after the mini Xmas break rather than a whole 2 months off. And I'm not talking about going on a drastic diet or embarking on an intense transformation progress. I'm talking about getting your body moving 4 times a week, eating a nutritionally balanced diet 80% of the time and 20% enjoying those Xmas chocolates and tipples. I'm talking about you working on feeling strong, healthy, happy and confident in yourself!
It's not about the aesthetics its about how you feel overall which is why I am doing it, its why my clients are doing it and its why I want you to do it.
Exercise the stress away, release those endorphins and smash all your sessions. Make yourself feel incredible.
Fuel your body with nutritious foods to keep those cold illness away. Eat for health.
No quick fixes / no fad diets - its all about eating well, fueling your body and enjoying the process.
Wouldn't it be great to go in 2017 feeling the best you ever have rather than feeling guilty and it all becoming a chore? So instead of putting it off until tomorrow start today and you will thank yourself :)
