Chocolate Orange Spiced Brownies




Its Autumn so its the season of pumpkin and spice :) which is what I have used to create these fudge brownies. They are both dairy and wheat free as I am having to limit both of these in my diet at the moment. But as I am the biggest chocoholic you will meet I had to create something delicious to satisfy my cravings and these hit the spot !!

Makes 6 (or 7 if you like me like to cut all the edge bits off ha)

Ingredients

1 can pureed pumpkin ( you could puree your own its about 450g)

50g ThatProtein Pumpkin Seed Protein with Chia

15g Sukrin Sesame Flour

20g Cocoa Powder

5g MyProtein Guarana powder (optional)

2 squares dark chocolate melted

20g Orange Spiced Choc Shot (Sweet Freedom)

100g egg whites ( Two Chicks)

1 tsp cinnamon & ginger

1 tsp baking powder

20g Cocoa Nibs

Method

* Mix all the dry ingredients together

* In a separate bowl mix together the pumpkin, choc shot, egg whites

* Add to the dry ingredients and mix well

* Stir in the melted chocolate, add extra spices if you want to

* Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees until cooked through

* Allow to cool, cut up into pieces and drizzle extra choc shot for good measure :)
