Ladies if you don't do anything else this year please make sure you read this book "The Goddess Revolution"
It is honestly one of the best books I have read this year - if you want a self empowering inspirational book this is the one. The aim is to help you fall back in love with your body and find a good relationship with food and fitness. It isn't a diet book or a quick way to lose weight at all, it is more like a guidebook to make you feel fabulous :)
When I was reading it i had so many YES moments where things just clicked and made sense. All of the things in there I kind of already knew but Mel Wells just has a way of making it all fit. She is an ingenious writer and will make you feel great just by reading it - the quotes alone will do that.
Throughout the book she shares her own story as well as the stories from other women who have worked with her which is a great personal touch. I have already started implementing some of her tips and I genuinely feel better.
This isn't a paid for or sponsored ad at all I just feel as I got so much for it I want to almost pay it forward but letting people know about it. If you ever have moments of self doubt or feeling ruled by a diet then this is a book you should read.
