Nothing But. Review

Updated: Nov 27, 2019

I was sent a lovely hamper by the people at Nothing But containing their new snack range. Each bag contains freeze dried fruit or veg and thats it nothing extra is added.

They contain around 40 cals depending what the is in the pack and 7-8g Carbs. I liked the little bag size as something to keep in your bag for just in case moments as well as being portioned out for you. They contain 1 of your 5 a day per pack and are suitable for vegans, gluten free and vegetarian diets. You can get 6 different flavour combos but I was sent 3: Strawberry and Banana, Pineapple and Grape, Beetroot and Parsnip

My favourite was the strawberry and banana one as it was the sweetest and I have a very sweet tooth. The strawberry bits also reminded me of Jordans country crisp cereal which I used to love :) As they are freeze dried they are nice and soft unlike other dried fruit style crisps making them nice on their own or as a topping for oats or yogurt.

The veg crisps were a nice change and unlike most veg crisps that are pretty greasy these weren't at all. I think it also helped that they were sweet vegetables because they could have been quite bland.

All in all its a thumbs up from me however if you were to have these as a snack I would recommend having them with something as they are quite small on their own.

You can get them from Holland and Barratt and Lloyds Pharmacy.
