Explosive Star Jumps/ Sumo pulses / Jump squats

Burpee Press ups/ Walking plank / Mountain Climbers

2 jump lunges & squat / Squat and twist / High knees

20secs activity 10 secs rest

Leg raises / Bicycle crunches / toe taps
