Energy Pb Bliss Balls

A simple snack idea packed full of protein and healthy fats to satisfy those cravings, and you can definitley have more than one :) It's so easier to switch up the flavours as well for your own taste :) These ones I have made are suitable for vegans, gluten and refined sugar free

120g Peanut Butter (Merdians)

50g Vanilla Protein Powder (Raw Vanilla Sunwarrior Vegan)

25g Oatmeal (Mornflake)

50ml Liquid - it can be all milk/ a mix of milk and sugar free syrup etc

I used 25ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (Alpro) 25ml Vanilla SF Syrup (Jordans)

Cacoa powder to coat (KaizenLiving)


* Melt the peanut butter so its easier to stir

*Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to create a dough like texture

*If needed add more liquid or protein powder

* Take off a small piece (around 20g) and roll in a ball

*Roll in cacao powder

*Place in the fridge to set
