Here is the 2nd installment of my home workouts. This time we are focusing on full body fat burn ! All bodyweight and guanteed to make you work up a sweat.
There are 6 exercises, each one you work for 40 secs and rest for 20 secs. When you get to the end of the circuit you repeat it until the time is up.
Aim for 20-25 mins which will be 3 or 4 rounds giving 100% through out! A perfect way to start your day without having to leave your house :)

HIIT 40 secs/ 20 secs
1/ Tricep Dips ( lift one leg up to make it harder)
2/ Jump Lunges
3/ Press ups (drop onto the knees if needed)
4/ Mountain Climbers
5/ Walking plank
6/ Squat Burpees
