As the end of the month comes into sight it's the time that as a nation all our positivity and get go for exercise dwindles. The new years resolutions we made seem too hard and the results don't seem to be there making it seem pointless. Sounding familiar??
DON'T LET IT
The chances are you set yourself too high or extreme of a challenge - if you're used to training 3 times a week why suddenly decide that 6 times is a good idea? You wanted to lose x amount of weight and you haven't but have you actually taken any measurements or progress pictures ?
It has only been 4 weeks, there is no need to be so hard on yourself you are doing brilliantly ! Instead take a moment to reflect on all that you have achieved this month as well as the things that didn't quite go to plan. Now work out what could you do differently to make next month even better ?
Keep it simple, true to you and true to your goals. Don't follow the pack because that seems like the done thing to do. Be an individual and work out what YOU want and how to go about getting it. If you are still unsure seek some help and advice :)
Positivity is key and remembering you have already come so far and overcome the first hurdle so don't fall before you reach the next one.
