Time to Sweat!


Sometimes it is good to change up your routine and just what you have - your body. Time to give it 100% and get a sweat on! You should want the rest in between ;)


Warm up before hand 5 mins

40 secs activity 20 secs rest

(1 min rest between sets)

1/ Walkout Press ups - Walking Plank - Mountain Climbers

x3

2/Squat jumps - Sumo squat pulses - Explosive star ups

x3

3/Burpee tuck jumps - Reverse alternate lunges - High knees

x3

20 secs activity 10 secs held position (no rest)

Jacknifes - V sit hold

x5

Cool down and stretch
