Inner thigh toner

A great little circuit to add on to the end of a workout to help tighten up the thigh area. The video only shows it on one side so make sure you remember to do both :)

3 times through

Side straight leg lifts x 12 ( make sure that the lifted leg doesn't rest on the lower leg until all reps are done)

Retire into extension x 12 (Turned out from the pelvis)

Reverse the sequence x 12

Double leg lift x 12

Hold for 20 secs

Repeat on the other side
