Instagram/Facebook Lives

Monday 7.30am Full Body 

Tuesday 6.30pm Glutes and Core

Thursday 12pm Lunchtime HIIT

All classes are 30 minutes long, bodyweight no equipment needed but we may use household items

Virtual Personal Training 

As face to face PT is out of the question at the moment I am offering virtual PT sessions.

This is what you would get each month.

  • 1-2-1 session/s weekly via Skype for 1hr


  • A home workout programme to follow alongside


  • Access to private client Facebook group


  • Unlimited support from me


  • Basic nutritional guidance


  • Lifestyle advice and help on how to create a healthier mindset and relationship with exercise

There is the option to split the cost and do it in groups.

Pre and Post Natal friendly

Kids are welcome to join with the workouts
